George,
I am very pleased with the baseboard system you installed. You
did not oversell this system. It does everything you said it would.
After years of splashing in water when I went into the basement, it
is a pleasure to have our basement floor dry when I know it would have
normally been very wet. I enjoy spending time in my shop again
without waiting for the water to evaporate before I could tackle a project.
I appreciate your quick response to my questions.
With the installation of a dehumidifier, I anticipate the mold and mildew
problem to be greatly reduced if not eliminated. By the way, the
pump is extremely quiet. Unless you are right next to it when
it cycles you wouldn't even know it is running.
Thanks again for solving the very annoying problem of water in my basement.

I am writing to let you know that I have been so impressed with your

contractor.
You installed your system into our basement and it was awesome! The
basement is dryer than it ever was before. Unfortunately, it leaked
twice. That's no problem for you! You were back in a flash to "make
it right", and correct the problem at no charge to me! That kind
of customer service is just not found anymore!
I will continue to think of you first for any waterproofing or home

The day we found water on our basement floor I called the only local waterproofing contractor in the yellow pages – Superior Interiors of Cortland. George Massery came out and gave us his solution to the problem. Because there was tile on the floor that we wanted to remove before proceeding, George installed a new sump pump and back up pump first and put in the baseboard system after the tile had been removed. We appreciated his willingness to be flexible in solving our problem.
George gave us a written contract stating what he would do and he did everything he promised, he was on time or called ahead if he was running late, he was available to answer questions or address concerns by phone or e-mail, and when we had a small problem with the back up pump, he was prompt and persistent in correcting it. In addition, George is a very considerate and nice person to work with.
My husband and I highly recommend George Massery and Superior Interiors.

I have been meaning to email you for some time now to tell you what a relief it is not to worry about water in the basement. At first we waited to see if it would last, then we didn't want to mention it for fear we would jinx it and it wouldn't work, BUT we now are just so relieved.
