We love our new basement - at least the part you took care of for us. We'll have you back to fix-up the rest of it this Spring.
That system you installed to take care of our water problem is fantastic. I really didn't believe it would work until I actually saw it. I didn't think that you really could transform my basement from a damp and musty flood zone into usable space - but you did!
What I like even better is your lifetime guarantee. When I had a tiny leak in the system, there you were, back here to fix it.
Then, to make it all even better, you built us a new room. It doesn't even look like a room with a water control system. Amazingly, it's just a room. In fact, it's our exercise room. No more excuses for not exercising!
Thanks so much for your reliability and hard work. You guys are a great company to work with.

Last fall you dried up my wet basement. Thank you for a job well done and for your conscientious approach to my basement water problem.
I have been in the construction business and was pleased with the courteous and respectful nature of your team.
Our home was a challenge for you; since the blocks were so full of water you had to apply your baseboard system in tough conditions. This caused some of the baseboard to leak, but when I called, you responded quickly and stayed until the job was done.
We've had a dry basement since and I'm sincerely appreciative of your service and quality workmanship. The investment was well worth it.
